As the African proverb says, it takes a village to raise a child. In the same spirit, RHESTless is not a ticketing provider but the connective tissue that binds the entertainment ecosystem. All Event Hosts are vetted by the RHESTless team to ensure every event delivers on its promise. Most importantly, we believe Hosts with a proven track record should have access to their sales proceeds at their earliest convenience, so they can pour those funds back into delivering memorable experiences. That is why Verified Hosts can withdraw their sales proceeds on a weekly basis. However, to protect all stakeholders equally, proceeds from tick¬ets sold under the refund policy opted into by Guests upon checkout, are withheld until 48 hours before the event commences. If a Guest has not requested a refund by that point, the proceeds are released to the Host. Should a Guest request a refund, it is processed within two banking days, and the ticket is cancelled and returned to the pool of available tickets.
